The selection process of the participants is held for the educational institutions. Once they are selected, we ask for their CV and study programme in order to find suitable internships for them.
Trainee+Up offers traineeship placements in a range of educational fields. We look for organisations interested in welcoming international trainees and committed to their educational background. Furthermore, we coordinate your mobility project from the beginning in order to guarantee a worthwhile training experience for your students.
Trainee+Up has built an extensive network of host companies, that have been checked for their suitability, health and safety, as well as the quality of the training they provide. When selecting a company, Trainee+Up takes care to look at students’ previous training, their experience and their level of English, which will determine the level of responsibility they can assume during their internship.
We organise internships from 2 weeks to 12 months throughout the year depending on your requirements. From our previous experience we recommend to organise internships minimum of 1 month in order to get the best of the experience.
It is a formalized Erasmus+ Learning Agreement drafted through collaboration between the sending educational institution, the student, the host organisation and Trainee+Up. We assist you to prepare and sign the Learning Agreements before the beginning of traineeship. Furthermore, it is required that the Educational Institution sends the scanned copy of the participant’s private insurance, European Healh Card and ID before their arrival.
Once the internships is successfully finished, we issue all documents required to validate the Erasmus+ internship such as evaluation forms and Europass Certificates.
