We select international students across a range of professional fields according to your requirements. We seek to engage you throughout the selection process to ensure the right match between student and organisation is made.
We offer assistance and management of all the documentation required to formalize the learning agreement with the participants and sending institutions.
We offer student assistance in order to apply for their Spanish ID to help to a fast and succesful adaptation to the host country.
We engage with you from the beginning and regularly throughout the traineeship to assist in the management of the program.
In collaboration with the sending educational institutions we provide certificates and final reports necessary to validate the internships.
Erasmus+ is the EU Programme approved by the European Parliament the 1st of January of 2014. The Erasmus+ Programme supports the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy in the field of education and training to improve the internationalization, multilingualism and job inclusion of European youth. The Erasmus+ Programme is structured in different actions in which under the “Key Action 1: Mobility for individuals” the main goal is to increase the mobility of people to undertake a professional experience abroad. It is in this action where you can participate as a host organisation of international trainees.
We define 4 different participants in the Erasmus+ Key Action 1 Programme:
The duration of the traineeships is between 1 and 12 months throughout the year.
All students selected are over 18 years old, studying in a European or EU associated member university with more than 1 academic course of their studies fulfilled.
The selection of University Students will be done through an open process of application. Once all the applications have been reviewed, we will conduct a Skype interview with the most suitable candidates for the traineeship role to assess the student which would best fit your organisations needs. Organisations have an option to participate throughout the selection process should they want to, or alternatively the Trainee+Up team can manage the process based on criteria as outlined by host organisations.
It is formalized as an Erasmus+ Learning Agreement by the sending education institution, the student, the host organisation and Trainee+Up.
There is no need to include students in the General System of Social Security because of the Law 27/2011, of August 1, Third additional provision – Social Security of people participating in traineeship programmes.
The students participating in the Erasmus+ Programme receive financial support by the European Union to finance their travel expenses and living expenses during their period of stay abroad. The financial support varies deppending on the host country and the sending institution.
Although it is not mandatory to remunerate the traineeships, Trainee+Up recommends the host organisations to support their stay with remuneration.
By participating in the Erasmus+ program as a host organisation of international students, you will have the opportunity to expand your team to incorporate some of Europe’s most highly skilled, multilingual and motivated young people in your team. Host organisations actively participate in the inclusion of young people in the labour market.
If you are an organisation, company, entity or other institution interested in welcoming international students to your team and benefiting from the advantages of Erasmus+ program, please contact Trainee+Up. We will discuss the student profile you are looking for, and then engage with European educational insitutions to source the right candidate to commence the traineeship with your organisation.
Our services of coordination of university students cost 125 Euros monthly fee to Trainee+Up. The services are completely free of charge for organisations hosting vocational students because of the impossibility to participate in the selection process of participants. In any case, no fees will be requested before the commencement of the traineeship and students are exempt of payment.
As host organisations of trainees within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, you will have the right to incorporate international students to your team as trainees without a need to include them in the General System of Social Security, and with no obligation to remunerate their traineeships. Your obligation is to outline a traineeship program which includes tasks and responsibilities according to the academic training of participants, we recommend a mentor to be assigned to each student.
