BECOME A HOST COMPANY

Train students at your company and get the best from the Erasmus+ Programme.

Support your business
Students can help you with your daily workload and support your teamwork. In doing so, you will support the inclusion of young people in the labour market and get involved in their professional development
Take part in the EU initiative Erasmus+
Erasmus+ programme covers students' living cost, travel expenses and private insurance. Thanks to the EU agreement, students are not expected to be paid neither to be include in the General System of Social Security
No Recruitment Fees
Trainee+Up does not charge any recruitment fees since vocational students are selected directly from their sending organisation with no possibility from host companies to choose candidates

WHAT WE DO

Trainee+Up looks after the entire internship period. We support host companies with the required documentation and a personalized mentorization to participants

Selection of Erasmus+ Interns

Trainee+Up works with vocational schools from all over Europe participating in the Erasmus+ Programme. Schools selects the participants to be engaged for short-term internships abroad between 2 weeks and 3 months

Coordination and follow up

Trainee+Up manages all paperwork required to formalise the learning agreement and final certification. We also engage with you from the beginning and regularly throughout the traineeship to assist in the management of the program

Student's assistace

Trainee+Up provides accommodation for all participants in fully equipped apartments, introduce them to the first day of traineeship and assist them for emergencies so companies does not need to worry about the participants’ stay
